Pr\u00e9parer le poulet et placer le dans un sac cong\u00e9lation avec la marinade pendant 4 \u00e0 6 H (au frigo) en retournant le sac de temps \u00e0 autre. Puis placer le poulet sur la broche de votre barbecue, et faites le cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 76\u00b0C. Ajouter de temps \u00e0 autre un peu de marinade.
