Faites 6 entailles dans la viande et placez y les gousses d&rsquo;ail. Dans un saladier m\u00e9langez tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients puis placez la viande dans la marinade barbecue, et laissez mariner pendant 6H00 en tournant la viande toutes les heures. Puis placez la viande sur le grill ou sur la broche \u00e0 rotir.
