Dans un saladier m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la marinade. Mettez la marinade dans les petites incisions que vous avez fait dans la viande. Conserver un peu de marinade pour badigeonner la viande durant la cuisson. Laisser la viande mariner pendant 1H00. Placer la viande sur la broche de votre barbecue. Faire cuire de 1H30 \u00e0 2H00 \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature basse. N&rsquo;oubliez pas de badigeonner r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le gigot d&rsquo;agneau, et d&rsquo;ajouter du charbon afin que le feu ne s&rsquo;\u00e9teigne pas.
