Nettoyer et vider la dinde si n\u00e9cessaire. Le soir pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant le barbecue, assaisonner la dinde enti\u00e8re aussi bien la peau que la cavit\u00e9 et laisser reposer toute la nuit. Placer la dinde sur la broche, soyez prudent et soyez s\u00fbr que votre kit rotisserie peu supporter un tel poid et que le moteur soit suffisamment puissant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le feu ne doit pas \u00eatre trop fort, placer un l\u00e8che frite entre le feu et la dinde. Remplissez le l\u00e8che frite d&rsquo;eau, l&rsquo;eau est utile car elle \u00e9vite \u00e0 la dinde de se dess\u00e9cher pendant la cuisson, si il n&rsquo;y a plus d&rsquo;eau ajoutez-en. La dinde sera cuite lorsqu&rsquo;elle sera \u00e0 72\u00b0C. Cela va prendre plusieurs heures de cuisson.
