What is Teriyaki Yuzu sauce?
As Japanese cuisine enthusiasts, we wanted to create a sauce that would honor the flavors of the Land of the Rising Sun. That's why we created this Hellicious Teriyaki Yuzu sauce.
This Teriyaki sauce is made with a sweet soy sauce base enhanced with yuzu citrus juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and Habanero chili.
What does the French-made Teriyaki Yuzu sauce taste like?
Full of umami (a flavor discovered by a Japanese person, described as "savory"), it is also syrupy with a delicious sesame taste. The yuzu citrus comes to perfume the recipe with lightness, while ginger, garlic and chili simply enhance the flavors.
