The ultimate accompaniment sauce, it is thick, rich in tomatoes, sweet, and most importantly, much spicier than all other barbecue sauces, due to its proximity to Mexico. This sauce pairs particularly well with beef cuts.

The import of Roadhouse BBQ sauces is no longer possible due to the smoke flavor used, which is not yet listed in the authorized foods in France.
