Lillie's the most appreciated sauce brand by BBQ chefs in the United States

Charlie McKenna is a chef from South Carolina who worked in several restaurants notably in Miami, Chicago or New York. Back home in 2010 after his many experiences, he opens his own restaurant with classic South Carolina recipes on the menu. He also offers typical American beers and traditional cocktails including the Bloody Mary revisited by Lillie's Q.



 

Charlie participated in several BBQ competitions from Memphis to Alabama through Carolina during which he developed a unique Lillie's Q sauce corresponding to each region he had the opportunity to discover.
