As you can see, most of these sauces are rated at over 1 Million Scoville units. This table has been compiled for informational purposes and is subject to change with the appearance of new products. All sauces present in this ranking should be handled with caution, contact with skin should be avoided, and we advise you to wear gloves and possibly protective goggles for the strongest ones.
Special mention to the Hot Ones "The last Dab" sauces which would also deserve a place in this top, however we chose not to include them in the list because they contain the famous "Pepper X" pepper considered by some to be the hottest pepper in the world ahead of the Carolina Reaper, although this is not official, it is therefore difficult to determine the strength of these sauces.
