Honey-glazed spicy carrot

Ingredients:

- Carrots

- Honey

- Hellicious Jalapeño Rum Lemon

Cook the carrots in aluminum foil and glaze them with a mixture of honey and hot sauce



Roasted potato

Ingredients:

- Potatoes

- Jack Daniel's whiskey BBQ Rubs

Wrap the potatoes and cook them on the barbecue. Once cooked, generously sprinkle with rubs.

You can then top them with grated cheese or minced meat as you wish.



Smoked cauliflower

Ingredients: 

- Cauliflower

- Lynchburg Cinnamon Chipotle rubs

- Jack Daniel's Honey sauce or Hellicious Mango Fury hot sauce

Cut the cauliflower into florets, coat them with rub (dry spices) and smoke them until tender.

At the end of cooking, toss the cauliflower with your Hellicious Mango Fury hot sauce or the Jack Daniel's Honey BBQ sauce if you prefer a milder sauce.
