Well, this sauce emphasizes the Apollo pepper, which comes from the cross between the two hottest peppers in the world: the Carolina Reaper and the Pepper X. These 3 peppers were created by the mad scientist Ed Currie who has been cited several times in the Guinness Book of Records for these ultra-powerful peppers.

This gives you an idea of how this tasting of The Last Dab Apollo sauce went. Our team got hot, some felt like their palate was completely on fire, only to give way 5 minutes later to a great sense of relief. Some (we won't say who) wanted to act tough by putting a hefty dose on their chips, only this had the effect of making them shed a few tears accompanied by hiccups (we had a good laugh!).

With its 2,500,000 on the Scoville scale, this hot sauce was tasted in the tenth position on the Hot Ones show from season 13 to 21. It caused many reactions from celebrity guests like Ed Sheeran who had watery eyes and gulped down his glass of milk, Elijah Wood who did his best not to lose face, and Neil Patrick Harris who does magic with his fire breath!

Mhhh in micro-drops for sensitive palates on nuggets, breaded cheese or chicken wings. The most tolerant among you can eat this sauce daily directly on their plate no matter what it contains.
