Très bonne balance entre fumé très net mais qui n’écrase pas tout, des ingrédients fruités et aromatiques – dont le trait de bourbon- ainsi que la chaleur en bouche présente du habanero. Attention, la sauce est très liquide et on a vite fait d’en verser une grosse rasade. Oui, ça coule vite !
