Je n'ai pas compris cette "sauce" qui n'en est pas une : très vinaigrée, très liquide avec des morceaux en suspension (c'est pas une purée, même secouée). Son goût ne va pas avec grand chose, sauf peut être une préparation pour tartare ou une sauce salade. ça doit sans doute être un bon complément à certaines préparations, mais l'excès de vinaigre limite l'usage.
