Louisiana Gold red Sauce
Louisiana is the direct competitor of the Tabasco brand. Less known in France, it is nevertheless a widely distributed sauce, and it's even more commonly found on tables in New Orleans than Tabasco.
It's a vinegar-based sauce (Louisiana style!), spiced up with Tabasco pepper and salt.
It's a classic that we love with our pizza, oysters and even our bolognese pasta.
