Lizano Vegetable Sauce
Lizano Salsa is made from a blend of plants, vegetables, and spices, resulting in a rich, flavorful, thick and dark sauce that will make any bland dish much more tasty.
This is why it has been so popular in its native Costa Rica, it is an integral part of the national dish, Gallo Pinto, a vegetarian dish made even more flavorful thanks to this sauce.
It is used in other South American cuisine dishes, and some long-time fans might even tell you that it replaces ketchup for them without any difficulty!

Je viens de la découvrir et j'en suis très content. Utilisé pour un gallo pinto: recette découverte lors d'une émission télé familial on avait un peu peur qu'elle soit trop épicé mais bien dosé pas du tout. Même les enfants 8 et 4 ans ont appréciés.
