The sweetness of Peru, land of mysteries... This pepper is indescribable, comparable to no other in taste, it is mild and endowed with an aroma that can be found in gazpachos, carpaccios, or accompany good fish, shellfish... You can simply blend it and use it as an accompaniment to all our meals (yes, all of them).

• Heat level of Aji amarillo pepper: between 15,000 and 30,000 on the Scoville scale.
• Color of aji amarillo: The fruit reaches maturity when it becomes orange, then pick it and devour it.
  
• The aji amarillo pepper: is a chili that measures about 10 cm long. Its skin is orange, smooth and crunchy. It is very fruity with notes of peach and passion fruit.
• Production: 1 Aji amarillo plant can produce approximately between 30 and 50 peppers / season.
• Final size of the plant in a 30 cm diameter pot: between 50 cm and 80 cm high
• Final size of the plant in open ground: 100 cm (stake it if it falls)
• Growth temperature: 26-31°C
• Soil type: for planting, the ideal is a soil composed of black and blonde peat, if possible 50% of each, no heather soil or universal potting soil as it's too acidic for the chili plant. You can add some sand to the mixture to aerate it a bit.
• Harvest date: between June and October.
• Watering: Moderate watering, without flooding the plant, water only when the plant is no longer moist.
• Fertilizer: During growth and flowering periods, we recommend using fertilizer to provide the nutrients necessary for plant growth. We offer a special chili fertilizer that contains all the nutritional elements necessary for the proper growth of chili plants.
• Origin of the plant: All our plants come from Alsace, they are grown exclusively for us by a local market gardener, located a few kilometers from our offices.
• Shipping: Plants are individually wrapped in a box specially designed for easy transport. The soil is held in the pot by 2 adhesive strips located on each side of the plant, preventing the pot from tipping over. Delivery is only made by Colissimo to minimize transport time and plant stress. Plants are watered just before shipping.
• In case of problem: If despite all our attention, the plant arrives broken, it will be replaced or refunded if the stock is insufficient to replace it.
