• Strength of the Thai Hot chili: between 50,000 and 100,000 on the Scoville scale.
• Color of Thai Hot chilies: The fruit reaches maturity when it turns red.
  
• The Thai Hot chili: It's a chili pepper measuring between 4 and 8 cm. Its skin is crunchy. Thai Hot chilies are juicy, quite spicy (comparable to Habaneros), they are perfect when mixed with garlic and a dash of shoyu.
• Production: 1 Thai Hot plant can produce between 30 and 100 chili peppers / season.
• Final size of the plant in a 30 cm diameter pot: between 30 cm and 60 cm tall
• Final size of the plant in open ground: 60 cm
• Growth temperature of the Thai Hot chili plant: 25-30°C
• Soil type: for planting, the ideal is a soil composed of black and blonde peat, if possible 50% of each, no heather soil, nor universal potting soil as it's too acidic for the chili plant. You can add a little sand to the mixture to aerate it slightly.
• Harvest date: between June and October.
• Watering: Moderate watering, without flooding the plant, water only when the plant is no longer moist.
• Fertilizer: During the growth and flowering periods, we recommend using fertilizer to provide the necessary nutrients for the plant's growth. We offer a special chili pepper fertilizer that contains all the nutritional elements necessary for the proper growth of chili plants.
• Origin of the plant: All our plants come from Alsace, they are grown exclusively for us by a local market gardener, located a few kilometers from our offices.
• Shipping: The plants are individually packaged in a box specially designed to facilitate transport. The soil is held in the pot by 2 adhesive strips located on each side of the plant, preventing the pot from tipping over. Delivery is only done by Colissimo to minimize the duration of transport and stress on the plant. The plants are watered just before shipping.
• In case of a problem: If, despite all our attention, the plant arrives broken, it will be replaced or refunded if there is sufficient stock to replace it.
