• Plant origin: All our plants come from Alsace, they are grown exclusively for us by a local market gardener, located a few km from our offices.
• Shipping: Plants are individually wrapped in a box specially designed for easy transport. The soil is held in the pot by 2 adhesive strips located on each side of the plant, preventing the plant's roots from being exposed. Delivery is made only by tracked mail to minimize transport time and plant stress. Plants are watered just before shipping.
• In case of problem: If despite all our attention, the plant arrives broken, it will be replaced or refunded if the stock is insufficient to replace it.
