- The trinidad perfume pepper: It's a round pepper (about 4 cm in diameter) with a small tail that looks like a stinger. It has smooth skin and little flesh.
- Production: 1 trinidad perfume plant can produce between 20 and 50 peppers / season.
- Final size of the plant in a 30 cm diameter pot: between 50 cm and 80 cm high
- Final size of the plant in open ground: about 80 cm.
- Growth temperature of the trinidad perfume plant: 23°C
- Soil type: for planting, the ideal is a soil composed of black and blonde peat, if possible 50% of each, no heath soil, nor universal potting soil as it's too acidic for the pepper plant. A little sand can be added to the mixture to aerate it a bit.
- Harvest date: between September and November.
- Watering: Moderate watering, without flooding the plant, creating a slight water stress for the plant.
- Fertilizer: During growth and flowering periods, we recommend the use of fertilizer. We offer a special pepper fertilizer that contains all the necessary nutrients for the proper growth of pepper plants.
- Origin of the plant: All our plants come from Alsace, they are grown exclusively for us by a local market gardener, located a few km from our offices.
- Shipping: The plants are individually wrapped in a box specially designed to facilitate transport. The soil is held in the pot by 2 adhesive strips located on each side of the plant, thus preventing the plant's roots from being exposed to air. Delivery is only done by Colissimo to minimize the duration of transport and stress on the plant. The plants are watered just before shipping.
- In case of a problem: If despite our best efforts, the plant arrives broken, it will be replaced or refunded if stock is insufficient.
If you choose other products (other than plants), the entire order will be shipped at once during the month of May (depending on the size of the plants). If you wish to receive other products before, please place 2 separate orders.
