- Origin of the plant: All our plants come from Alsace, they are grown exclusively for us by a local market gardener, located a few km from our offices.
- Shipping: The plants are individually packaged in a box specially designed to facilitate transport. The soil is held in the pot by 2 adhesive strips located on each side of the plant, preventing the plant's roots from being exposed to air. Delivery is only done by Colissimo to minimize the duration of transport and stress on the plant. The plants are watered just before shipping.
- In case of a problem: If, despite all our attention, the plant arrives broken, it will be replaced or refunded if stock is insufficient.

On m'a prévenu que le Pretty in Purple n'était pas parvenu à germer et je ne l'ai donc pas reçu. J'ai pu choisir une autre plante.

gros progrès sur l'emballage, mais la terre n'est pas assez serré ce qui fait que durant le transport, une partie de la terre est partie dans l'emballage plastique du plant. Cela fragilise le plant. 1 semaine après les avoir repiqué les 3 pieds commandé ont bien pris. il ne reste plus qu'à laisser la nature faire son travail pour avoir de superbes Pretty Purple.

This ornamental plant is simply beautiful. The pretty purple peppers are small round violet balls. It is ideal for decoration as it's a small plant that can easily be placed on a windowsill, we always have one on the shop counter.
