Southern BBQ Sauce - Roadhouse - La Sauce Piquante

There are 3 types of barbecue sauces. The serving sauce, the basting sauce, and the marinade sauce, like this one. The recipe comes straight from North Carolina where German immigrants brought mustard to traditional American barbecue sauce recipes. The result is a liquid sauce, well-seasoned, slightly more acidic than others to make the meat more tender. Simply marinate your meat for 2 to 3 hours with the sauce.

The import of Roadhouse BBQ sauces is no longer possible due to the smoke flavoring used, which is not yet listed in authorized foods in France.
