  • 40 gr sugar
  • 165 ml cider vinegar
  • 55 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 40 gr cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 10 gr butter
  • 1 teaspoon smoked flavor.
  • You can add a little hot sauce if you like it stronger.
