Barbecue sauce

  • 1 kg pitted and finely chopped apricots.
  • 3 peeled tomatoes
  • 150 gr brown sugar
  • 50 cl vinegar
  • 12 cl white wine
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons mustard

The barbecue sauce recipe


Mix all ingredients and let simmer on low heat for 1/2 hour to 2 hours. Strain the sauce through a fine sieve then enjoy.
