It is Hot Ones, an American show that interviews comedians, singers, and other world-famous personalities during a tasting session of hot sauces!

During the spicy interview, the questions start off innocent, just like the sauces that accompany them.

Then as the tasting heats up, the celebrities do their best to answer the host's questions while keeping their composure (or not!) in the face of the diabolical sauces coating their chicken wings (or vegan nuggets for some).

Why ask questions during a chili tasting?

Simply because the heat of chili pepper has a disinhibiting effect — celebrities, especially actors, are very often in control of their image, particularly during interviews.

But when the chili pepper starts to tickle their palate, it becomes much harder for them to keep their composure — the pepper burn can cause some people to swear, cry, salivate excessively, turn red, grimace, and above all reveal information they would not have shared under normal circumstances!
