Our pork lollipop recipe 

You tasted it at our open house events and you've asked us for the recipe many times, so here is our pork lollipop recipe:



Ingredients: 

- Pork belly (or any other meat if you prefer)

- Lynchburg Cajun Rubs

- Mustard

- Hellicious Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce



Preparation:

1. Cut the pork belly into 4cm-wide pieces.

2. Coat the piece with mustard and rubs, roll it up and insert a skewer stick so that the piece holds together.

3. Then place the lollipop in the smoker for 3 hours at 120°.

4. At the end of cooking, brush with BBQ sauce so that the meat is glazed.
