Il s'agit de ma première commande mais je ne suis pas déçu, j'aime bien le goût, et le piquant est bien là mais reste appréciable si la quantité et dosée raisonnablement.

Riche en goût, équilibrée. Chauffe pas mal (même beaucoup...) mais progressivement. Elle ne mord dans la seconde. Quelques gouttes dans l'assiette pour commencer. Une bien bonne sauce.
