Vampira Hellfire Sauce
This sauce is extreme but won't be insurmountable for people accustomed to spicy food.
The world's hottest chili pepper (Carolina Reaper) is indeed found in this recipe, but in small doses to enjoy its powerful and unique bell pepper flavor while leaving you with a long-lasting spicy sensation in your mouth.
You can pair Vampira sauce with anything you like, from cheese (yes, yes, we insist, but you must try it, it's superb), eggs, steak tartare (this will prevent you from emptying the Tabasco bottle on your meat because the spiciness is much more present in Vampira), your soup, salads, marinades, vegetables, stir-fries, snails (why not?), Bloody Mary (staying on theme), pizza, etc.

Très bonne sauce, avec un bon goût de piment vert. Quand même bien vinaigrée. Je l'ai testée en association avec du fromage de chèvre et ça matche bien. Le packaging est juste waouw. Moins piquante qu'annoncée, cependant.
