Dame Besson Colombo Chili Pepper Puree

Colombo is a typical spice blend from the islands. It works very well with this hot sauce made with habanero peppers, giving it a great aromatic complexity. While labeled as a strong sauce, we would classify it more as a medium-strength sauce. We particularly enjoyed this sauce with white fish or shrimp.
