Toco Curry Chili Paste
Like many, we're curry fans. Unfortunately for us, most curries lack the heat for our taste buds that are used to the most extreme chilies. Toco, the emblematic sauce brand from French Guiana, offers us here a really nice curry paste! The paste can be used by diluting it with coconut milk for example, adding some shrimp and sautéed vegetables.
