About Blair's Pure Death Jolokia Pepper Sauce
Blair's Pure Death is quite different from the rest of the range. This blend of Habanero Pepper and Jolokia pepper gives a real finesse to the sauce, richer in vinegar, it will be easier to use as a marinade or as a seasoning (salad and especially pizza). Shake well before use and keep refrigerated once opened.
