Sympathique sauce onctueuse d’un joli ocre typique des moutardes… douces. Et ce ne l’est pas ! Pas de furie ici mais un coup de fouet et un goût adorable que l’on peut rajouter dans la mayonnaise, pour un sandwich gourmand, par exemple. Et je n’ai pas fini de tester des accords.
