Quasi-Thai SiRacha Bee Sting sauce
Si Racha is a coastal city in Thailand known for creating Sriracha sauces (a recipe based on chili and sugar, a hot ketchup without tomatoes!).
The Bee Sting brand wanted to honor the city by naming its sauce SìRacha.
The recipe for this sauce contains only natural ingredients such as Habanero and Cayenne peppers for the heat obviously, honey to sweeten, garlic to bind it all together, vinegar to preserve, and beetroot powder for color and depth of flavor.
