This sauce is made from fermented red Jalapenos and garlic to offer you a condiment full of umami.
Most of you will be able to enjoy this aroma as the chili strength is quite manageable (except again if pepper or paprika are too strong for you).
Delicious on Pho (photo below), hummus, eggs, noodles, avocado toast, pizzas, burgers and so many more!
