It's all about flavor, not just heat!
Red Garlic Hellfire Inferno
Yes, you who fear chili, you who break into a sweat at the mere thought of consuming hot sauce, you can try this recipe with its quite tolerable heat level (though be careful as it's still hotter than pepper or paprika).
The American brand Hellfire combines fire-roasted jalapeños and red tomatoes for umami, Cayenne peppers for heat, garlic, onions for depth of flavor, cilantro for freshness, and enough Carolina Reaper peppers (yes, this is the world's hottest pepper and you'll be able to say you eat it every day!) to give it a good kick, with a touch of lime for acidity and a hint of sea salt along with selected spices.
The Rojo is amazing on hamburgers, fries, onion rings, and even as a cocktail sauce for shrimp. It's a sauce you can and will use every day as a replacement for salt and pepper.
