2 spicy fruits: one stings physically and the other burns internally!
Arizona Cactus Ass Kickin Sauce
The prickly pear is the fruit of a cactus, its taste is mild, sweet, and slightly tangy.
In this recipe, it is paired with green Habanero pepper, and the combination of these two fruits provides salivation and satisfaction on the palate!
The quite tolerable heat makes it a sauce for daily use, suitable for cheese croquettes, stew, paella, or to enhance a savory bagel.

Plus forte que prévue (tant mieux), à par cela c'est une suce piment "verte" très classique.
