Shishito & garlic hot sauce
This hot sauce was tasted on the show Hot Ones season 22 and it was measured at 5,800 on the Scoville scale.
Singer Cardi B (pictured below) particularly enjoyed this sauce as she regularly devours shishito peppers (a pepper originating from Japan).
The garlic contained in the recipe has also won over the guests of the American show Hot Ones who found the chili-garlic combination excellent (the moderate strength also played a role in the appreciation process but shhh).
Shishito pepper is usually consumed in East Asia where it is roasted (or raw for the more daring) and seasoned with sesame oil and soy sauce.
This sauce contains only natural ingredients that will enhance all your meals because indeed, hot sauces are to be used like salt and pepper (directly on your plate).
