This sauce will let you taste the best of Louisiana cuisine
Mark's Louisiana style hot sauce
This hot sauce contains fermented peppers that give the recipe more subtle fragrances.
Lacto-fermentation softens the raw flavor of the pepper, while also somewhat reducing the heat. This is an ancestral technique - the Mayans already used fermentation for their peppers, allowing them to preserve them while benefiting from its advantages.
Don't hesitate to add drops to all your meals, from the most basic - rice, egg, cheese - to the most complex like langoustine on a bed of Gewurztraminer-glazed spinach, topped with lemongrass foam and a three-textured crisp (admittedly, this dish doesn't exist).
