A slice of Comté cheese is wickedly good!
Melinda's Gochujang sauce
Gochujang is a chili paste found on every Korean table.
This sauce is packed with umami thanks to Gochujang, which is made from fermented soybeans and chili peppers. The honey in the recipe adds a touch of sweetness with a slight kick (thanks to the chili pepper).
For a complete immersion, you can use this sauce with Korean dishes such as bibimbap (beef, pork, vegetables, egg all served on a bed of rice in a bowl), japchae (stir-fried sweet potato noodles with beef and vegetables), bulgogi, vegetable pancakes, Korean fried chicken, barbecue, and of course any other recipes you like (yes, even your tartiflette, it's delicious with chili pepper, try it and see!).
