Creoline sauce is a must-have in Guadeloupe. Made with Caribbean peppers, onions and vinegar, this Creole sauce has just the right amount of heat to please all palates! It's commonly used in vinaigrettes and vegetables, but also as an accompaniment to grilled meats.
