encona jamaican jerk sauce
Jamaican jerk is a sauce based on spices (thyme, rosemary, oregano, etc.) that is very aromatic and also spiced up with Scotch bonnet pepper. Encona offers us a milder version than original jerk sauces like Walkerswood. Try it on chicken or turkey skewers, for example.
