Très bonne sauce, bel équilibre entre le piquant et le sucré, qui lui confère même une saveur presque fruité. Tout de même un peu trop sucré à mon goût, d'où ma note de 4 étoiles. Mais pour le reste c'est un régal. Une de mes préférées avec le chipotle.
