Heartbeat jalapeno sauce
The two peppers found in the recipe are jalapeno and serrano peppers which make the sauce tangy and slightly spicy.
The intense and fruity taste of lime juice enhances it, the onion brings roundness and highlights the preparation. The cilantro will give a very pleasant freshness to the hot sauce.

Je pensais retrouver l' addictivité du jalapeno rencontré avec la version "pain is good" , celle-ci présente une légère amertume qui, à mon acis, la classe après .. elle reste bonne , mais un peu déçu :)
