In Italy, it's common to add a splash of alcohol to release the subtle flavors of a dish
Vodka classic sauce
Now you can immerse your palate in the delectable aromas of perfectly ripened tomatoes combined with vodka for character, cream and Romano cheese (Pecorino) for indulgence and umami, basil and chili flakes to spice it up, and olive oil to texturize and enhance the preparation.
All you'll need to do is heat up your pasta (your favorite kind) and pour this sauce over it (like a tomato sauce) once the pasta is cooked. You can of course sprinkle parmesan or gruyere shavings, add an egg, capers, ground meat, chia seeds, and anything else you'd like!
