Encona Harissa 220 ml
The first known traces of harissa were discovered in Tunisia in 1601 after the Columbian exchange that took place 30 years earlier.
The traditional harissa recipe contains ground red chilies, garlic, a blend of spices like cumin, coriander and caraway, salt and olive oil.
Each region and family has its own version of the sauce and enjoys it with a wide variety of savory dishes such as couscous, tagines, bricks, fried foods, sandwiches and salads.
With this harissa you can devour everything by simply pouring the sauce on your plate or using it to prepare your meals (to add to your sauces or marinades).
