Spicy Aioli Version - For Spreading, Dipping or Enhancing
The smoothness of mayonnaise combined with the fury of Jolokia.
Jolokia Chili Aioli
This aioli is a mayonnaise base to which Stonewall Kitchen has added Jolokia chili, an Indian chili that was the hottest in the world until 2008! You won't need to add chili pieces to your burger anymore, this aioli will be enough! We also love to use it with our seafood and fish.
