Recipe: Easy chicken biryani
Ingredients (serves 4)

500 g boneless chicken breasts or thighs

3 tablespoons of Patak's Biryani paste

250 g basmati rice

1 large onion, sliced

2 tomatoes, diced

150 g plain yogurt

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

A few fresh cilantro leaves

A few mint leaves (optional)

Preparation

Cook the basmati rice until almost done, then drain it.
