Ingredients:

  • 60g sugar
  • 10ml vinegar
  • 7g chili powder (mild or hot paprika)
  • 225 ml ketchup
  • 450 ml water
  • 7g pepper
  • 5 drops of lemon juice
  • 1 red bell pepper (skinless)

Recipe:
Mix all ingredients, bring to a boil and brush onto your pork chops.
