Adjust quantities according to how much you want to make.
Ingredients:
- 20 cl orange juice
- 10 grapes
- 10 cl soy sauce
- 10 cl white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 Orange zest
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 50 g hot sauce*
Recipe:
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.
Let it cool.
Blend the mixture until smooth.
Then pour into a bottle, store in the refrigerator, and enjoy. (Maximum 90 days)
The sauce must be kept refrigerated to prevent fermentation in the bottle, as we've used fruit juice and fruits that contain sugar.
*Depending on your taste, you can use a sauce with heat level 3 for a slightly spicy sauce, or 7 or higher if you like really hot barbecue sauce.
