Barbecue sauce recipe

• 12 cl ketchup
• 7 cl red wine
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 5 gr cumin
• 1 pinch of chipotle pepper

Barbecue sauce preparation

Add the olive oil, cumin, garlic and chipotle pepper, then heat for 1 minute, add the red wine and sugar, then bring to a boil for 2 minutes, then add the soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce. Then let cool.
