This hot sauce blends umami-rich Asian flavors with the Carolina Reaper chili pepper.
Tasting notes
Superb sauce, combining roasted peppers, tomato and the Carolina's Reaper chili, which held the record for the world's hottest pepper in 2014.
The blend of flavors is very well done and really highlights the power and taste of the Carolina's Reaper chili. All with a hint of Asian flavors thanks to soy sauce and ginger.
Heat level of Foo Foo Mama Choo sauce
This sauce is around 90,000 SHU — it's hot, but the heat is not insurmountable. Of course, if you can't handle spicy food, we recommend turning to a moderately spicy sauce or even a mild sauce.
How to use this hot sauce?
Given its mouth-watering taste, you can use this sauce in the preparation of your dishes such as lasagna, in your marinades (ginger pairs perfectly with chicken), or drizzle it directly on your fried foods or even poke bowls.
Foo Foo Mama Choo sauce is very versatile and once you've tried it, it will be hard to go without!
