Tasting notes for Hot Ones sauce

As the brand mentions, this is clearly a revisited sriracha sauce. The sweet red jalapeños traditionally used for sriracha are present, however there are more of them compared to the original recipe. The result is slightly spicier than traditional sriracha and above all the taste differs thanks to the pickled garlic incorporated into the concoction. Dill is also present in the recipe to bring an original and delicate touch.

18,000 on the Scoville scale, knowing that classic Tabasco is at 5,000 SHU this sauce is stronger. However, its sweet character typical of sriracha sauces will make its spiciness easier to handle.

This sauce appeared in seasons 26, 27 and 28 of Hot Ones USA and was tasted by a large number of celebrities such as Dakota Johnson, Jeremy Allen, Lisa and Jennie from Blackpink, Adam Brody, Owen Wilson, Selena Gomez and many others!
